The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to provide platinum level customer service to patients and go home each day knowing that you made a difference in a person?s life. ?Greet patients, their family members and other visitors.?Obtain accurate patient information to conduct registration and pre-registration.?Accurately enter patient demographic and health insurance information into system. ?Prepare patient charts and file.?Explain financial responsibility and collect patient co-pays.?Answers multiple telephone lines, taking calls from patients, family members, physicians, physician offices and other external customers.?Communicates appropriate information to others according to established procedures so that day-to-day operations are effectively conducted.Prior medical front office experience is required for this position. We strongly prefer candidates with a ?concierge? type personality, one who has that ?can do? attitude. Candidates should have exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. You should possess excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize.
