The Medical Practice Operations Associate/Project Manager/PM super user will work with existing medical practices within NMP to manage and coordinate daily activities and ensure effectiveness and smooth operations within NMP. The successful candidate will be competent in "Best practice standards", will review and implement service improvement initiatives and create an excellent work environment for staff, will work w/Human Resources to recruit/retain and mentor staff; will be familiar w/departmental finances. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilitating growth within NMP assist with bringing on new providers and practices, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for improvement in office operations, perform revenue cycle projects, coordinating and participating in the marketing of the practice, and new program development and expansion. With training, will be a 'super user' and fluent in the Centricity Practice Management system. Five to seven years of work and supervisory experience in practice management of multiple locations with the ability to travel to various practice sites. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Understanding of financial statements, strong analytical and planning skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thorough understanding of business and medical terminology and proficiency in office softward applications. Effective working knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow and staff recruitment/retention and management.
