SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for chart assembly and analysis along with processing urgent requests for Medical Records Information. EDUCATION: Requires an Associate Degree in Health Information.

EXPERIENCE: One year of hospital based medical records experience OR in lieu of the degree, two years of experience.

HOURS: Full time, PMs, working 80 hours in a two week pay period with weekend rotation. Specific shift hours are 3:30pm until midnight and weekends from 3:00pm until 11:00pm.
