Medical Records Coordinator

One Call Medical, Inc., (OCM) is a premier outsourcing organization servicing the Workers' Compensation industry, providing the highest quality scheduling service through its national network of credentialized providers.



We are currently looking for a highly motivated Medical Records Coordinator.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Verify accuracy of reports and post to appropriate patient files on a daily basis.

* Answer telephones as needed and respond to customer inquiries and document actions taken.

* Contact provider on delinquent medical reports and resolve. Inform appropriate departments regarding provider servicing concerns.

* Distribute incoming faxes processed through fax server.

* Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Must have strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with others in a professional environment.

* Must have strong organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

* Must have the ability to work after hours and weekends if necessary.

* Must be able to work any shift that may be required to provide adequate telephone coverage.
