Yoh Health Care has an opening for a Medical Sales RN in South Bay.  We are looking for a RN who is sales savvy.  This is an opportunity to have a normal weekday schedule!  This position offers a high base salary and a lucrative commission structure.  Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow core therapy admits through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service with assigned accounts. • Evaluate current and future clinical and service needs for current and new accounts. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of core therapy referrals, qualifying criteria both by payor source and branch. • Act as a clinical liaison between assigned accounts and branch, ensuring proper documentation for core therapy referrals. • Conducts in-services and continuing education programs for referral sources and/or their support staff. • Market new services, therapies and products to referral sources. • Recognize opportunities for expanding the business relationships with the accounts and involves the Territory Manager or Regional Vice President, Sales at the appropriate time to present and negotiate other programs. • Provide clinical expertise in support of the sales effort. • Utilizes clinical skills to assist referral sources with identification of home infusion candidates. • Facilitate communication between branch staff (clinical, operations, reimbursement) and referral sources. • Achieve favorable branch net revenue and profit objectives Requirements • Licensed RN, BSN. • Minimum two years of clinical experience required. • Minimum 2- 3 years experience in home health care preferred. • Sales and customer service experience required. • Excellent organization and time management skills.Discover all that’s possible with Yoh Health Care.
