Medical Sales Representative

Responsible for promoting TLC's services to a network of eye care providers, staff members, employer groups, and other key community throughout a market area.  Acts as a liaison between the TLC center(s) and affiliate offices or community constituents and is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with doctors, staff, and others to educate about refractive surgery and increase referrals into the local center.  Hosts and measures the effectiveness of, educational seminars and consultation programs and works closely with the Clinic Director, Executive Director, and regional marketing manager to coordinate marketing activities and associated community events. 

All qualified candidates must have completed some college coursework with a minimum of 1 years of related experience in a medical sales role, preferably with a Ophthalmic or Optometric background.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.  Candidates must have strong written and oral presentation delivery and should demonstrate time management and organizational skills.  Candidates should be skilled in professional and patient relationship management and be skilled in successful year over year sales plan development and implementation.  Excellent PC skills required.   TLCVision offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and excellent career development opportunities.
