Medical Secretary - Watertown

Caritas Physician Network, part of Caritas Christ Health Care, is a physician-led practice organization comprising 350 employees who provide comprehensive management services to more than 400 employed physicians. These physicians represent a wide range of medical specialties, ranging from neurosurgery to family medicine. Many of them hold academic appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine and conduct clinical research. Their practices, which are hospital and community-based, are located conveniently in a dozen communities in eastern Massachusetts to provide primary and specialty care to community residents. Caritas Pediatrics, in Watertown, is looking for a unique and energetic individual, who is  experienced as a Medical Secretary, to join our friendly oriented Pediatric Team. Functions of this role is as followed: Answering Phones, Processing Referrals, Booking Appointments, Insurance Eligibility Verification, and Greeting Patients in a Friendly Manner. A successful applicant will possess excellent customer service and computer skills, prior medical office experience, ability to multi task in a busy environment and works as a team player.  Self-motivation is desirable and utilization of time-management a plus.  We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package. Caritas Pediatrics is conveniently located in Watertown square and is easily accessible via public transportation.
