Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist

Saint Peter's University Hospital, located in New Brunswick, NJ (Central NJ) has an immediate opening for a Credentialing Specialist to assist in the coordination of credentialing and re-credentialing all medical staff, and in maintaining information in accordance with Joint Commission standards and Medical and Dental Staff Bylaws. Other responsibilities will include coordinating committe meetings, preparing minutes, providing guidance to the Medical and Dental staff, and assisting in the interpretation and enforcement of the Bylaws and Joint Commission standards.

Interested candidates should have a minimum or two to four years credentialing experience wihtin a hospital setting, and good knowledge of Joint Commission standards. Good computer and organizational skills are also required.
