Member Services Advocate

The Member Services Advocate will ensure compliance and high member satisfaction in establishing new member expectations as well as addressing and resolving member complaints in regards to art of caring in a timely, professional manner.

 

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational, phone, communication and presentation skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with varied audience.

Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.

 

Education:

Minimum high school education required.
