Member Services Representatives

Bravo Health is a premier provider of managed care services for people with Medicare.  We are experiencing rapid growth, and are currently seeking Member Services Representatives.  This position is responsible for ensuring excellent member service by responding to member telephone and written inquiries regarding their membership, benefits, access to care, eligibility status, provider of care, service and any issue related to their Medicare Advantage Plus benefits.  If you are looking for a career with a dynamic company with significant opportunity for growth, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service call center required, preferably in a healthcare/insurance environment.  Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid benefits is a plus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the elderly population. Spanish/English bilinguals strongly encouraged to apply.  We are currently hiring for the 10:30am - 7:00pm shift as well as the 1:30pm - 10:00pm shift.
