If you're ready to take your career in a new direction, we invite you to apply today. Primary responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls Determining member eligibility and benefit coverage Triaging calls as necessary Initiating counseling referrals and providing certification for appropriate outpatient care Responding to crisis calls Assisting in the coordination of services with providers Updating and making clinical notes in the care management databaseRequirements include: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling A clinical license in Pennsylvania as a LSW, LCSW, or MFT Demonstrated clinical experience PC and MS Office proficiencyAdditional assets include: CEAP with EAP experience A background working in substance abuse Prior customer service/telephonic experience Crisis hotline experience UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
