Solano STRIDES is an intensive community support service for individuals with mental illness, many of whom would otherwise require extended care in institutional settings. Staff provide services to members in a variety of environments -- in a support center; homes, or in the community -- building trust, establishing a partnership, and striving for success. The program serves individuals who are high utilizers of mental health services and who are considered to be at great risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

 

As the Team Leader you will provide clinical and administrative supervision, coaching and education for team staff.  You will ensure that each consumer receives the skills and supports necessary to lead successful and satisfying lives.

 

To be a success, you must have 2+ years’ in leadership position in a psychiatric/mental health setting.  Must have solid understanding of case management.  Must have a BA/BS in related field as well as have a current CA. license (LCSW, LMFT, RN, PhD).  A successful track record working with and sensitivity to multi-cultural populations is key. Willingness to transport clients in own car is necessary.
