Requirements: 5 - 10 years experience in Information Systems Support, preferably management.* Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Services (MIS"), business, healthcare or equivalent experience in the business/healthcare environment.* Five or more years of related technical services experience including computer hardware support, software support, equipment deployment, as well as a basic understanding of telecommunications systems.* Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Demonstrates interpersonal and verbal communication skills.* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)* Knowledgeable of Microsoft Project.* Has the ability to work with diverse groups of people.* Has strong customer relations and telephone skills.* Has strong leadership and analytical skills.* Must have successful project implementation experience.* Has the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.* Possesses previous experience in resource planning and coordination.Description: Under general direction of the Director of Customer Support, operates independently in all activities. Provides a high level of Wheaton Franciscan Services, Inc. (WFSI") Information Services (I.S.") knowledge. Leads a team responsible for all activities relating to the deployment of end user devices. Establishes processes and procedures for technical services staff and the activities associated with identification, prioritization, triage and documentation of reported problems with the use of devices. Assesses costs, equipment and resources needed for moving, adding or change of devices. Assigns and schedules staff and directs their activities. Reviews and evaluates staff work and prepares performance reviews for staff members. Works with other managers in the coordination of activities in accordance with the common implementation methodology.
