Job Description

 

The Juvenile Firesetter Services Mobile Therapist will be headquartered in Lancaster County. 

The therapist is responsible to provide outcome based and clinically appropriate mental health treatment to children and adolescents with fire setting issues as part of an integrated service delivery system. Goals focus on interventions that support the at-risk child or adolescent’s continued participation in the community as well as individual and community safety.

 

 Job Duties

 



·  Development of behavioral goal planning as well as written documentation of the therapeutic process

·  Implements one-on-one family therapeutic modalities as prescribed by the treatment team

·  Collaborates with other members of the treatment team, professionals or other significant individuals.

·  Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Must be a licensed mental health professional with one year experience in a child serving system or have a graduate degree with clinical training with one year experience in a child service system.

 

Condition of Employment:

 

Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver License

Must be able to provide own transportation

Must be able to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the child/adolescent and family.

Must pass criminal background and child abuse clearances.
