We are seeking reliable, qualified candidates for Mobile Unit Assistant II to drive a variety of vehicles to transport required supplies, equipment, blood products and samples, as well as staff to and from mobile sites in a safe manner. The Mobile Unit Assistant will load and unload vehicles, transport, setup, maintain and restock supplies to help ensure successful blood drives.  May also help with the post collection blood process.   

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Current, valid Class A or B driver's license in good standing required.Will consider Class C drivers as Mobile Unit Assistant I.Previous truck or bus driving experience preferred.  Effective verbal communication and public relations skills required.  Must be able to lift, push, or pull equipment and supplies up and down ramps, stairs, work long, irregular hours and adapt to schedule changes as needed.  Must be comfortable working around blood products.
