Multi Skilled Plant Operator - Physical Plant Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse

Join us and find the career of a lifetime. Maintenance, installation and repair of H.V.A.C systems and H.V.A.C. equipment. Testing and performing preventive maintenance on H.V.A.C. related equipment. When needed, perform repairs and installation of basic Electrical systems; Plumbing systems; Carpentry and Lock repairs; Painting, Patching and Wall Coverings. Assisting other craftspeople as assigned. This position is held at Penn Medicine Rittenhouse location. High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years of specialized training or a recognized four (4) year apprenticeship course for H.V.A.C or Refrigeration. Experience in Healthcare facilities is desired. Engineer’s (A) License is required and must be filed with the Physical Plant Department office within 90 days of employment. Also need a CFC license for handling low tonnage (chillers) cooling equipment.
