  LifeBanc is seeking a Multicultural Outreach Coord who will develop, market, coordinate & implement organ & tissue donation education programs for multicultural communities in Northeast Ohio. Other responsibilities include relationship building within multicultural communities, developing culturally sensitive curricula for target audiences, & conducting educational programs. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in education, communications, and/or public relations, or commensurate work experience, with an emphasis in community health in multicultural communities; 2-3 yrs. experience in the following areas: public speaking, program development/ management, and supervision; excellent verbal & written communication skills & the ability to provide training & feedback to volunteers & independent contractors.
