NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES

Cardiocom Multi-Disease Management (www.cardiocom.com) is the leader in telemedicine solutions for daily remote patient monitoring and disease management. We provide health professionals with home telemonitoring equipment and telehealth services to identify symptomatic patients and intervene early to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations. Cardiocom addresses CHF, COPD, Asthma, Diabetes, CAD and Obesity.


 

Cardiocom’s clients include some of the most respected health plans, hospitals, physician groups, home health groups and disease management vendors in the nation.  Through these established relationships, Cardiocom improves the lives of thousands of people each day.   



POSITION SUMMARY:

National Sales Management oversight with direct regional Midwest territory. 

National Sales Management:  Responsible for National Sales oversight of all regions.  Direct Regional Sales Managers and participate in executive level, large account, complex regional sales.  Serve as the Executive Sales leader and advisor to President in these multi-layer sales.  Set National Sales sales/revenue goals and hold Regional Representatives accountable to achieving targets.  Serve as chief Sales Officer on the Executive Management team.  Set general sales strategy and operational sales objectives.

Regional Sales Management:  Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.  Generate new sales and manage existing clients.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Experience: Ten or more years of sales experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with solution selling in telehealth, medical device, health care information technology or disease management products strongly preferred.

Other: Proven track record of success. Demonstrated ability to exceed forecast sales. Top tier sales performer at senior level.  Knowledge of processes for generating sales leads and reporting sales and account management activity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and excellent time management skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Ability to travel.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in setting corporate sales goalsDirect complex, multi-tier executive salesServe on Executive Management Team as National Sales DirectorSales generation including new business, competitive replacements, and upsellingPresent and demonstrate the Cardiocom products and services to prospective customers/leadsContract negotiationsAttend and prospect at trade showsMaintain sales contact databaseComplete sales reportsAccount managementParticipate in client implementationsAssist with sales and marketing projects

Our corporate office is conveniently located off Highways 7 and 5.

 

Positions are full-time and are located in Chanhassen, MN.
