NURSE MANAGER, Med/Surg

 

The Nurse Manager is accountable for the day-to-day management of the patient care unit, including but not limited to the following functions:

 

• Delivery of quality Patient Care in a pleasant environment

 

• Management of Human Resources and staff satisfaction

 

• Provide quality Customer Service

 

• Foster and support interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships

 

• Promote and ensure patient-centered focus 

 

Candidate for Nurse Manager must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and must have current licensure as an RN in the state of TX; BSN or MSN preferred. Current BLS and ACLS are required; CCRN is preferred.
