National Account Executive
Description
The leading player in a segment of the managed care industry seeks an experienced National Account Executive to manage one, or more, very large (100,000+ lives) accounts.The basic functions include, but are not limited to: maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction; manage sales activities in alignment with P&L goals; achieve financial and other performance metrics (client satisfaction and retention, margin growth; provide overall guidance to internal teams on the management of accounts; develop and manage an effective strategy to maximize upsell opportunities within each client; ensure client retention and renewal and develop and manage the renewal process.
The position has a 25%-50% travel expectancy, and pays a base salary ranging from $120,000- $140,000, plus an annual bonus, and benefits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a MBA (bachelor's degree accepted) and six + years of client management experience. Other areas of competency include:
• Comprehensive understanding of the health care system.
• Previous management and cross-functional experience.

• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
