The Human Resources team at our Corporate Headquarters, in Columbia, MD seeks a Recruiting Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring recruiters and implementing effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, and recruit the best and most qualified candidates. The Recruiting Manager will motivate a team of professional recruiters to perform at exceptional levels reporting directly to the Human Resources Director. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that support overall business requirements and growth forecast. This position will partner with all Corporate and Branch Management to understand and meet the hiring needs. Responsibilities: Partner with business unit leaders to interpret workforce plans into staffing plans, develop new recruitment initiatives to satisfy the needs and demands of the business and increase recruiting effectiveness. Employ various methods of sourcing to further develop, promote and maintain a proactive, cost-effective recruiting strategy focused on the creation of a pipeline of candidates Develop metrics to determine recruiting trends within the company Identify and present necessary training programs for recruiting staff development and for hiring managers Maintain current knowledge of industry employment trends. Manage the ATS (applicant tracking system), ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate and being used to its full potential to include monthly reporting. Oversees all college recruiting efforts (recruitment fairs and on-campus interviews) Enforces all policies and procedures for recruiting and hiring guidelines.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Six or more years of recruiting/employment experience Experience using APS, preferably Taleo Possess genuine customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations — ability to serve multiple customers (candidates, hiring managers, recruiters) Experience working with recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including EEO and OFCCP regulations Excellent oral and written communication skills, planning, time management and decision making skills Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all hiring managers Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems, Online Job Boards, and Sourcing Tools Effective strategic thinking, executive search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidatesOur company is committed to maintaining a challenging environment that promotes personal accountability, personal growth, and an active role in the driving vision of the company.
