.Net Developer/Process Engineer Needed

Our client, located in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a .NET Developer/Process Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity (contract term will be approximately 3 months).SINCE THE CLIENT SEEKS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE, I'M NOT LOOKING FOR 3RD PARTY CANDIDATES ON THIS ORDER.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science and three years of experience or, at least five years’ experience in the field of software application, database development and maintenance using Microsoft platform technologies (Visual Studio, SQL Server). Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with .NET technologies using the C# programming language (VB.NET also desired). Candidate must also possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Candidates possessing experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) solutions, Team System/Team Foundation Server and BizTalk are preferable. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinate with on-site systems staff; analyze develop, test and document system changes, as requested and approved by management. 2. Assess requirements for systems changes and enhancements. 3. Design, develop and implement applications supporting enhancements and additional projects as required for meeting project deliverables. 4. Develop and execute system testing plans and system change migration to production plans for compliance with system change control requirements. 5. Work with on-site systems staff to assist in R&D efforts related to systems enhancements requested by management. 6. Perform trouble-shooting and programming analysis of system issues, including identification and resolution of security related events. 7.
