Work with end users to define telephony infrastructure requirements. Provide basic troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution. Coordinate with customers and vendors in the development and deployment of new applications. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be capable of coordinating multiple tasks and projects at one time. Participate in development and maintenance of network systems infrastructure. Develop and/or maintain a management portal for monitoring the voice network Develop and/or maintain a customer portal used by customers to validate monthly chargeback reports Develop and/or maintain applications written in XML, Javascript, HTML, or C# applications associated with IP Telephone voice services. Working with SQL, Informix, and MS Access assisting with development of applications that interface with databases. Maintain IP Communications web site. Will be working on individual as well as team projects.  Minimal overnight travel may be required.Qualifications: 1 year IP Telephony administration required with data networking experience a plus.  Cisco IP telephony experience and/or certification is highly preferred, MCSE certification helpful.  Experience with Cisco Call Manager (MIB objects), Unity voicemail servers, IP Telephones also desirable.  Experience in the IT networking industry using XML, Javascript, HTML, or C# applications associated with IP Telephone voice Must be comfortable with the coordination of multiple projects and tasks. Experience with SQL, Informix, and MS Access databases is desirable. Knowledge or experience with Adobe Flash and MS Sharepoint Designer would be a plus.
