With all service locations in Georgia compliant with the national standards set forth by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, United Home Care offers a full range of home health services in the home or assisted living location.  By coordinating with the physician and family, the staff is able to develop an individual plan of care.  Services are designed with one goal in mind….. to assist patients in reaching their optimum level of function while in the comfort of their own residence.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Assumes full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of home health services. Assumes responsibility for overall operation, financial progress, quality assurance efforts, and census development.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master Degree in the health care field.  Current registered nurse license in GA required.

EXPERIENCE: Must hold current registered nursing license in the state of Georgia and have management experience in a home health setting.  3 years service as a home health or private home care administrator under a state approved home health and private home care program required. Equivalent administrative experience in a skilled nursing facility will be considered. An excellent record of surveys and financial performance required.



SKILLS: Proven leadership and communication skills.
