Nurse Account Executive

United Pharmacy Services, a division of UHS-Pruitt Corporation, is seeking a Nurse Account Executive.  The Nursing Account Executive will develop and implement a marketing plan consistent with achieving the strategic goals of the company. Creates and sustains business partnerships with referral sources to develop early and appropriate referrals. Works with UHS-Pruitt marketing department to develop marketing materials and promotional items. Sets up, coordinates and attends tradeshows, exhibits, and other marketing opportunities for the company.Qualification Standards, Education, and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred) One year nursing experience including specialized registered nurse experience in acute or home care environment. 2 years experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing, or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Certificates and Licenses Required Licensure as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Certification with Infusion Nursing Society preferredKnowledge and Skills Thorough knowledge of and proficiency in nursing skills and practice of infusion therapy. General home care knowledge and skills Clinical knowledge base to perform home infusion patient services and to support sales activities. Ability to manage a territory, to conduct sales calls and presentations, and to generate referrals by building long term business partnerships. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to home care patients and to target disciplines in the health care industry. Ability to analyze territory, establish sales goals, and writes a sales plan. Ability to record and analyze appropriate sales data.
