We have an excellent opportunity for a Nurse with a BS in nursing or other related health care degree program and a lot of leadership experience.  This opportunity is in a start up brand new, state of the art, privately held and physician owned Ambulatory Surgery Center.  The ideal candidate will have the experience in leading large numbers of FTE’s, knowledge in business development, excellent communication skills in order to establish rapport and work as a liaison with physicians, Surgeons, patients and the community.  OR Experience preferred but will take nurse management in lieu of direct OR experience.  Excellent opportunity to come into a state of the art new facility and assist with processes, hiring, and building the business from the ground up in conjunction with the leadership and physicians. Salary is competitive and varies according to experience and educational level. The salary range is from $70,000- $90,000 per year. There is a complete benefit package including sign on bonus and Relocation assistance.
