HCA Shared Services is currently seeking candidates for the open Nurse Auditor position.

Reviews and resolves accounts in the Medicare Service Center DET Web Tool for the RI/NA and SADS Review ques daily.Performs review of observation discharges and applies charges and billing instructions as required.Performs patient and insurance defense audits, as needed.Responds to requests for guidance from other hospital departments on charging for services provided to patients and the chargemaster process.Submits charge transactions (L lines) and adjustment transactions (P lines) as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy, “Mission and Value Statement” and HIPAA privacy and security standards.
