Nurse Clinical Liaison/Case Manager

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Liaison is development of census and referral development.

Responsibilities:
Working with the administrative, marketing, sales and admissions staff the Clinical Liaison/Case Manager  will assist in the implementation of acute care market development plans in accordance with the philosophy, policies and procedures established by the company.

As the Clinical Liaison/Case Manager  your daily activities and coverage will be coordinated through the Marketing Director.  Your territory would be to cover NYC based acute care facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Based upon facility’s overall sales and marketing strategy, plan with the Administrator, Corporate Marketing Department and facility based marketing department and execute all internal and external marketing and sales programs
•Perform on-site clinical assessments and cost outs and updates on request
• Follow call procedure for both internal inquiries and external calls
• Understand and communicate features and benefits as appropriate
• Sell BergenCare features and services to referral sources, prospective residents/families and the local community
• Manage external service recovery initiatives
• Assess marketplace for program development opportunities
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships

 





 

Requirements:


Licensed RN, LPN or Social worker professional.


Bachelors Degree in health related field, marketing, communication or business Sales/marketing experience.
