Nurse Clinician – Park Nicollet Anticoagulation Clinic

We are looking for Nurse Clinicians (.8 to1.0 fte) in the Anticoagulation Clinic function under the standing order of physicians who refer patients to the Anticoagulation Clinic and the Medical Director of the Anticoagulation Clinic .

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN) .Critical care experience preferred or at least 5 years of medical-surgical experience for RN and 5 years experience for RPh. Certificate of completion from an anticoagulation program within the first year is preferred. Membership in Anticoagulation Forum is encouraged and completion of annual ACC competencies
