Nurse Clinician - NEW 18 bed Cardiac Step Down Unit

- Acute care/hospital experience required.
- At least 3 years experience required.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily activities of the nursing staff to facilitate optimal patient care. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist and others in the implementation and evaluation of nursing care and all educational activities on the unit.

Position Qualifications: 
Two years of current tertiary care nursing experience and one year experience in clinical preceptor and/or resource role. Demonstrated leadership experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous experience as a clinician in a critical care/stepdown unit. BSN required, MSN preferred.
