Nurse Executive

 

An individual who is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, evaluating and coordinating activities of assigned nursing services in a manner that supports the philosophy, purpose, goals and objectives of the Board and the Administration of the Organization.  This individual will provide leadership to ensure that quality, timely and appropriate care is provided to patients of any age including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, and geriatric through assessment and treatment.

 

Requirements:  Masters degree in Nursing or a related field with at least one year of experience in Administration; or a baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field with at least 3 years experience in Nursing Administration; or at least five years in Nursing Administration or Supervisor with evidence of continuing education directly related to the job specifications.

Must have a valid CA RN license.
