Nurse Manager
Accountable for the day-to-day management and oversight of the patient care unit. Functions for which the nurse manager is accountable for includes: Quality of patient care, effective management of Human Resources, cost management, customer service, medical staff satisfaction and the environment of care.
5Years acute care experience plus 2 years critical care experience. Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills. A minimum of three years management experience required. Knowledge and understanding of Joint Commission, TDH and OSHA. A minimum of BSN, MSN preferred.
