Nurse Manager - Ambulatory Surgery Center - 3-5 Years OR RN experience - Excellent Weekday Schedule!

The SurgiCenter at Pasadena, a proud member of MedStar Health, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team full-time. Duties include but are not limited to: Being responsible and accountable for daily operating and recovery room operations which include clinical and fiscal management, staff education and development, and resource management with ultimate goal of achieving quality and safe patient care Assisting with patient care as needed Presenting and working closely with Executive Director, Ambulatory Services as neededRequirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related area preferred Current Maryland State license as a Registered Nurse Previous OR experience.  Must be able to function clinically in OR setting Experience with quality, safety and risk management activities Either JCAHO or AAAHC survey experience Must demonstrate competence in professional nursing practice including teaching, leadership and management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current certification in CPRWe offer a competitive salary, excellent weekday schedule, and comprehensive benefits package. For immediate consideration, please apply online via our Careers page at www.medstarhealth.org.
