Nurse Manager Med/Surg Oncology AND M/S Clin Spec

The Brine Group is seeking an outstanding candidate for an Oncology Unit. Our client is seeking a special manager with the ability to lead staff who love to work with autonomy and accountabilty and believe in shared governance. The staff is seeking a Nurse Manager who will be a mentor, coach and facilitator and help the staff raise the level of care to even higher standards than already exist.  Most likely the ideal candidate will be savvy and have solid leadership experience, a Masters degree or working on one is preferred, and oncology experience.

The salary and benefit package are competitive and this position would be ideal for a Manager tired of the Boston commute.
