Our client, a leading hospital in Georgia, is searching for a Nurse Manager in their Orthopedic Unit. The ideal Nurse will possess 2-3 years of previous management experience, ideally in an academic hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a Med Surg or Ortho unit with 30 beds or more. High patient satisfaction survey results are required as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/RN

3 years of previous managerial experience in a Med Surg or Orthopedics unit

Proven experience implementing new processes and procedures

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Experience receiving high patient satisfaction survey results

Relocation will be provided.
