Nurse Manager, NICU

Nurse Manager, NICU - Southeast US - The Manager has responsibility for the management of patients and staff including daily activities on the nursing unit.  As a Registered Nurse, the Manager assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual patient care on a nursing unit according to unit policies and procedures. The desired candidate profile would include a minimum of three to five years of Pediatric experience with at least two years experience at a Level III NICU. Managerial experience is preferred. Also required is a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing.  A BSN or BS in a health care field is preferred with a Master’s Degree highly desirable. An RN License (or eligible) to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida is also a requirement.
