As the Nurse Manager in Regions Hospital state of the art and busy Operating Rooms you will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and supervising activities associated with patient care in the Operating room for various service lines. This includes establishing, maintaining and evaluating standards of care and assuming responsibility for staff development, environmental, facilities, human resources and fiscal management. Regions is a Level 1 Trauma Hospital located in Downtown St. Paul Minnesota.

Qualifications: Completion of accredited baccalaureate program in nursing or completion of an accredited AD nursing program and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences or Business. MA or MS is required by the finish of the 2010 academic year. Thesis required program must be completed by December 2011. Four (4) years operating room OR experience with two years in a nursing leadership position.
