The Nurse Manager will have full accountability for the designated patient care area. This includes provision of leadership to improve patient care, enhance professional and program development and achieve Nursing goals. This individual will be held accountable to standards set for Practice Management, Human Resources Management, Fiscal Management, Patient Satisfaction, and Organizational Leadership. We seek individuals with strong professional practice standards and a vision for excellence. Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of PA. BSN required, Masters degree required with a nursing major preferred. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive nursing experience with demonstrated management and leadership skills. Evidence of strong interpersonal communication skills. Consistently self-directed and a self starter, leader and effective facilitator of group dynamics. Ability to work ideas through from idea to implementation and evaluation. Must be able to function effectively under very stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
