Nurse Manager for the Operating Room to work Monday through Friday with 24/7 beeper coverage/responsibility.  Covers Main Operating Room and Main Recovery Room.

Our Client is looking for a(n) RN- Manager of the Operating Room who promotes and restores patients' health; accomplishes nursing human resource objectives; meets nursing operational standards; meets nursing financial standards; identifies patient service requirements; maintains nursing guidelines; assures quality of care; completes patient care requirements; establishes a compassionate environment; promotes patient's independence; provides information to patients and health care team; resolves patient needs; maintains safe and clean working environment; protects patients and employees; maintains patient confidence and protects operations; maintains documentation of patient care services; ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment; maintains nursing supplies inventory; maintains professional and technical knowledge; maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams; accomplishes organization goals.

Qualifications
BSN required, but Masters preferred.  CNOR preferred.  MOR and/OR Ambulatory or Nursing required. Current RN license, CT
