Nurse Practitioner - Home Care

Experienced Nurse Practitioner needed to care for established patient base in central New Jersey making home visits.Job Responsibilities include patient education, physical examination, writing orders/prescriptions, working with other visiting nursing services and/or hospice services as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. The Nurse Practitioner can expect (on average) to be making 25-30 home visits/week and to be working 30-40 hours per week. Patient Base is primarily geriatric so experience in adult/internal medicine is preferred.MobileMD  ( www.Mobile-MD.net ) is a house call practice based in Rumson, NJ. Our patients are throughout Eastern Monmouth county and Northeastern Ocean CountySalary/Benefits: Competitive Salary, Productivity bonus, 4 weeks paid vacation, Paid holidays (4/year), professional liability coverage and health insurance.Nurse Practitioner may make his/her own schedule. May work days only, evenings, weekends, whatever works best for you. This may be seeing patients for 10-12 hours three days a week or 6-8 hours five days/week.
