Nurse Practitioner or Physician (Floating) for medical departments in Community Health Centers
Harbor Health Services, Inc is currently seeking a Part Time or Full Time (20 - 40 hours) Floating Physician or Nurse Practitioner. The salary is guaranteed regardless of hours assigned. This is a unique in-house "locum tenen" position that allows for great flexibility as the primary objective is to provide back up support during vacations, leaves and other unexpected vacancies. This Physician or Nurse Practitioner will float betweenHarbor Health's 3 Community Health Centers in Boston and Hyannis (sites are negotiable.)
The PHYSICIAN OR NURSE PRACTITIONER (FLOATING)
will provide primary care, including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions, and management of acute illness.
Qualifications: Current MA MD License, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine or Current Massachusetts License for a RN in the expanded role, Certification eligible as a Family or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, 1 year or more experience providing direct care in a community health setting.
