Housing Work’s Woman’s Health Center (a place by and for women) is a multi-disciplinary social service program serving adult women with HIV/AIDS.  The Center, located in Brooklyn, will house day treatment services, primary care and dental services for women who are HIV positive.

 

You will be responsible for the delivery of nursing care to clients and for participating in the development of interdisciplinary care plans. You will assess clients, coordinate all necessary client services with other interdisciplinary team members, and maintain documentation of all nursing activities. To qualify, you must possess a NYS RN license, a Bachelors degree from an accredited college and experience working in a setting that promotes interdisciplinary care planning. Experience with persons with HIV/AIDS, histories of substance use and/or mental illness a plus.
