Nurse Recruiter

Alliant Medical Staffing is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing company which specializes in placing Registered Nurses into temporary contract assignments across the country.  We are currently seeking recruiters with experience in the healthcare staffing industry to join our team as a recruitment specialist.

This position is best-suited for an individual with a high-energy entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a small company atmosphere.  Candidates should possess great sales and communication skills and be able to effectively manage their time in a fast paced environment.



We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and takes great pride in the quality of their work.  Ideal candidates would have at least one year of recruiting experience working for a nurse or allied healthcare staffing company but other similar experience will be considered.


Job responsibilities:Maintain and cultivate a database of prospective travelersSupport travelers that are out on assignmentHeavy outbound calling to prospective traveling nursesFollow up on warm leads generated from advertising campaignsMatch candidates to available job openingsPrepare submittal profiles to submit to clientsNegotiate compensation arrangements with prospective travelersQualify candidates and gather necessary credential informationUse creativity to aid in the company’s overall marketing and sales efforts
