Nutrition & Food Services Supervisor - Dietary Supervisory

Do you have 3+ years experience working in a Nutrition & Food services in a healthcare environment? If so please read on...We are an Acute Care hospital looking to hire an experienced Nutrition & Food Services Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility consisting of about 104 beds.What you will be doing:Supervise staff that will be in charge of: - Planning, preparing and serving food to patients, staff and guests - Overseeing the ordering of food and supplies - Maintaining continual awareness of resident needs for optimal nutritional care - Develops a written plan of careMust have one of the following to be considered for this position:1. Is a qualified dietitian 2. Has a bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition, dietetics or food management 3. Is a graduate of a dietetic technician or dietetic assistant training program approved by the American Dietetic Association 4. Is a graduate of a state-approved program that provides 90 or more hours of classroom instruction in food service supervision 5.
