Nutrition Services Supervisor

Requirements: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent. Minimum of two years exprerience in healthcare with a strong background in cooking,catering and/or special functions.Excellent organizational skills, communicative, interpersonal, qualitative and quantitative skills. Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to deligate and follow through on assignments. Description: Coordinates and oversees patient/resident meal service, including all aspects of assembly, delivery, retrieval, and ware washing. Coordinate special functions and works directly with the cooks for the purpose of providing quality meals.
