OFFICE MANAGER - MONTHLY AND YEARLY BONUS

Experience Required!



The Manager is responsible for running the entire operations of the Santa Barbara office. Plans, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities of all employees. Consistently executes all operational functions to company standards and reinforces customer service, maintains and represents the company’s core value of Initiative, Honor, Motivation and Service to create total customer and employee satisfaction.



Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrates strong leadership ability Participates in client meetings to ensure productivity goals are met. Ensure all operational responsibilities are carried out. Recruiting interviewing and hiring of staff. Evaluates employees effectiveness Train, delegate and supervise staff to develop and maintain customer service and product knowledge skills. Conduct weekly meetings with the staff and maintain daily communications. Address and document unsatisfactory performance and policy violations in a timely matter with Human Resources.


Requirements:
Management and analytical skills are essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous Medical Health Experience (Medi-Cal experience a plus) Computer literate (word, excel and lotus notes). College Degree preferred Able to work flexible hours Demonstrate consistent reliable attendance and punctuality standards Professional attire required Reliable transportation a must Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
