If you are you interested in a career using the newest laser equipment in vision correction technology, we would like to speak with you.  We are recruiting a professional technician to assist ophthalmologists with LASIK procedures.

Laser Technicians travel extensively to our client locations via air and company vehicle throughout the city and other geographic regions. We provide technical training to employees on the delivery, set up and safe operation of all vision correction equipment. Our office is located in Norcross.

A typical work day is 8-10 hours; however, each day varies based on air travel/drive time to clients and patient scheduling. Early start/late days can be expected; occasional weekends. Due to the proximity of our clients, overnight travel can be expected. All travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.

Previous experience in ophthalmic procedures preferred, however training is provided on equipment and procedures.  You must be able to a work flexible schedule due to extended days/overnights. Requirements include a good driving record and valid driver's license.  You must have a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, able to trouble shoot quickly, detail oriented and be able to adapt easily to an individual client's needs. Ability to work independently, energetic, reliable and thorough in work habits are successful traits for this position. You must be able to push/pull 50 pounds of equipment frequently.
