Clinical Supervisor - Inpatient Setting OT Clinical Supervisor for SCI, Ortho, Cardiac programs, provides leadership, and supervision to staff, team and programs. Delegates and supervises team members’ patient care duties and assures high quality care. Facilitates and implements team, service and program development. Works with education coordinator and resource therapist to identify treatment and training needs to further develop staff’s clinical expertise.
