JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8 AM -5 PM; Days of work: All SUMMARY: This position performs patient care by assessing patients physical and functional abilities. Based on problems determined, the occupational therapist establishes and carries out plan of care to include: patients/family instruction, d/c planning, documentation in medical record, communication with team, and reassessment. He/She helps patients achieve maximum level of functioning. This position acts as clinical instructor for students, and participates in departmental functions, i.e. process improvement. REQUIREMENTS:BS and/or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio. New graduates with excellent references.
