Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, PT, OT, COTA, PTA

We are looking for occupational therapists, physical therapists,  occupational therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistants  for our in house therapy teams at our company-owned and operated skilled nursing/subacute facilities  We have terrific an in-house therapy program, and look for dedicated clinicins interested in our positive, ethical approach to therapy.

We are offering a $5000 to $10,000.00 signing bonus based on time commitment.

 Orchard Park Health Care Center in Tacoma is a 147 bed facility which is well-managed and maintained, has a great reputation in the community, and a diverse, interesting caseload. We recently broke ground for a new state of the art subacute wing which will have 41 beds, our STAR Rehab program, separate, attractive rooms with flat screen tv's, and other wonderful amenities for our patients and residents.

Linden Grove Health Care Center in Puyallup, Washington, 98372,  a 130 bed skilled nursing and subacute center seeks a physical and occupational therapist for its growing therapy team. 80% is short-term, subacute work and there is a large in house therapy team.

In a number of our buildings, we offer our innovative S.T.A.R. program (Specialized Therapy and Rehabilitation) which is a separate, attractive environment for the sub acute, complex short-term care patient.
